He's had them since he was in 7th grade, though he was born with flat feet. The only real issue is that it's hard to find shoes that will support the insole AND be made of strong enough to material to not fall apart from the stress of having it in the shoe. I hope Karly's work out well for her.<br /><br />I'm glad you are being aware of and in charge of your health issues. I think you're right to stay on the meds if you're not ready to go without--there is no need to go off of them too early, and then end up back where you were at square one.
