I hate my body .. :(

I've been dieting since easter. Homemade salad, wheat pasta (only once a week), basically no bread .. Low calories, low carbs and low fat and exercise ....

I gained 3 pounds :( .. Initially I lost 7 pounds but it looks as if the scale is going up.

My fight with PCOS is a losing battle. I give up.

PCOS SUCKS!!! Plain an simple!!! I know exactly what you are saying because I eat less than 1500 calories, very little pasta, bread etc, work out and I gain two pounds....it is a very, very brutal issue..what more can I say....never give-up just continue on :)

Don't you dare give up! There are definitely things going on that are out of your control, but I know that you can take control of everything else -- and you can do this.

And you are beautiful.

Hello :) I struggle with weight too! Weight is a strange and interesting thing. Every body is so different. Don't give up......if you do then you are sure to have no success...keep going and success will come :)
